Character Development
- http://wow-heroes.com/ Use this site often to see how your gear is. It makes finding upgrades easy, and tells you where you need to upgrade your enchants/gems. This site ALSO has a great hit calculator, to find out what your hit should be (for DPS)
- http://www.maxdps.com/ For you DPSers, this site brings up your character, and you can go through each slot to look for upgrades.
- http://elitistjerks.com/ The source for WoW theorycrafting. Go here to help work out the best in slot equipment, glyphs and rotations. Understanding (and using) this material will make you a better player.
- http://be.imba.hu/ Great site for breaking your character down. Not AS useful as Wow-Heroes or Max DPS, but it is different, and can give you further insight.
- http://www.wow-gem.com/ Look up gems here. Sort by color and stat bonus. This is another one of the critical sites I use.
- http://www.guildox.com/ Loot Rank. This one is a bit more complex than some of the others, but lets you choose what stats would be best for you. On the complex side, but wonderful resource.
- http://www.codeplex.com/Rawr Helps determine best gear. Great program.
Getting Raid Ready
- http://www.tankspot.com/ Learn to raid. This site has great break down of all of the raids in WoW. Tactics, as well as video on how it is done. You must visit this, to get up on raids.
- Raid Gear Enchantments Great post, unfortunately, it only applies to Affliction Warlocks, and DK tanks/DPS.
